Rep Development (for 11 year olds)
Overview of Rep Development Program

N&DNA Development Rep Program is for Nambour & District registered athletes aged 11 years to prepare them for a full rep season. The season is designed to build strong foundations, refine technique, and support long-term athlete growth in a focused and supportive environment.
Players are exposed to specialist training sessions, a variety of rep coaches, umpire information sessions & the opportunity to watch our Premier League U18s and Opens (Ladies & Mixed) compete.
The Development program will run for approximate 10 weeks and the team will compete at 3 whole day carnivals.
Team Selection - Skills Workshop
The purpose of the skills workshop is to identify players who are ready to participate in a competitive environment. 10 -12 players will be selected to participate in our Rep Development Program for 2026. While the workshop has a selection outcome, it also serves a developmental purpose by providing feedback, experience, and clarity around performance expectations. This ensures athletes understand the standards required for competition and supports their continued progression, regardless of selection outcome.
