​Nambour & District Netball Association offers representative pathways for players aged 11 years to Opens. Offering selected players the opportunity to represent at Junior State Age Championships (JSA) for players 12 - 14 years, Senior State Age Championships (SSA) for players 15 - 18 years and Suncoast Premier League (15 years to Opens). 

 

Both JSA & SSA are run by Netball Queensland. It is a state-wide event that brings together over 200 teams from associations all over Queensland for a four-day tournament. The competition aims to celebrate talent, team-work and the future of netball in Queensland. 

 

As part of our Representative Seasons at N&DNA, teams participate in multiple Association Rep Carnivals throughout South East Queensland and Brisbane. Carnivals provides a platform for our Rep players to develop their skills learned at training, bond as a team, compete at a higher level and foster a love for the sport. 

 

2026 Representative Opportunities

 

Rep Development Program (U11s) Players born 2015 

The Development Rep Program is for Nambour & District registered athletes aged 11 years to prepare them for a full rep season. The season is designed to build strong foundations, refine technique, and support long-term athlete growth in a focused and supportive environment. The Development program will run for approximate 10 weeks and the team will compete at 3 whole day carnivals. 

 

Team Selection & Skills Workshop for Rep Development

Date: Wed 4th March 2026

Time: 4pm – 6pm

Cost: $30 (non refundable)

Junior Representative Netball 12 - 14 years (players born 2014, 2013, 2012)

Players compete in up to 6 Representative Carnivals before competing at Junior State Age being held at Hinterland Netball Association July 4th - 7th 2026. Boys are welcome to trial for our U12s Rep team (born 2014).

Junior Boys Rep

Nambour's First Inaugural Boys team (U12s - U14s).

The team would compete in multiple Rep Carnivals throughout the season and play at JSA July 6th - 7th 2026 at Hinterland Netball Association.

Senior Representative Netball

Players compete in up to 3 Representative Carnivals before competing at Senior State Age being held at Townsville Netball Association April 11th - 14th 2026.

Suncoast Premier League 

U18s Division (U15s - U18s); Opens Ladies (18+) and Opens Mixed (18+)

SPL offers the opportunity for players to elevate their game by competing against Associations and UniSC located on the Sunshine Coast. Games are 60 minutes in duration, incorporate the Super Shot and are held at Indoor Stadiums. Opens games commence March 2026, U18s games commence early May after the conclusion of SSA.
